Kenneth M. Champion

Founder and President


Over the past 40 years, Mr. Champion has overseen $ 8 billion dollars worth of construction work, encompassing many markets including theme parks, commercial, institutional, educational, retail, cultural, luxury condominiums, and five of the most prestigious landmark renovations in our country’s history.


He worked his way up through the ranks of four ENR top 10 Construction Management firms, beginning his career as an Assistant Superintendent, PM, Sr. PM , Vice President and Project Executive, up to the Senior Vice President for the Florida and New York City regions.


Since its establishment in 2001, Mr. Champion has ensured that his company remains strong in its foundation, which is comprised of honest principles, quality work, steady growth, and the many trusted and valued relationships with clients.  Extending beyond a professional legacy, CCM is a personal vision of the heart.


Mr. Champion earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University and has instructed various construction courses at New York University in Manhattan.
