Orange County Courthouse, Orlando FL

The project included a 1.2 million-square foot complex, 27-story courthouse, two five-story office buildings, a central energy plant, parking garage, and transportation facilities. This County complex remains the largest in the country, and was completed with less than 4% in change orders.

Rockefeller Center, New York, NY

Rockefeller Center is the most recognized commercial property in the world. Located in mid-town Manhattan the Center's ten art deco buildings are located on six square blocks between 5th and 6th Avenues. The complex offers approximately 8.5 million square feel and well known features including Radio City Music Hall, NBC Studios, 200 retail stores and dining venues, the skating rink, and Christmas tree. The sub-level concourse not only houses 225,000 square feet of retail, it also serves as a mass transit station hub.

American Museum of Natural History, New York, NY

Champion led the pre-construction planning efforts for the Museum's five distinct Fossil Halls including two famed dinosaur halls. The museum is home to the world's largest collection of vertebrate fossils. The museum holds nearly 1 million specimens.
